Apply 2 layers white acrylic paint before you start.
Use hair drier for quick dry.
Then draw an outline of design with pencil , paint it with acrylic colors.
Use black permanent markers to highlight and outline the design.
Once the rock is completely dry, apply a layer of acrylic sealer.
